Main Responsibilities

  • Create litigation strategies for complex, high-stakes cases in both federal and state courts.
  • Oversee all stages of litigation, including drafting documents, conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing for trial, and handling appeals.
  • Present nuanced constitutional and legal arguments in a persuasive and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with a team of talented attorneys across multiple offices to provide exceptional legal services.
  • Develop and compile evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct or defend depositions to build strong cases for trial.

Experience in representing public entities, land use, or eminent domain is highly advantageous.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with substantial expertise in managing complex cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal court.
  • Superior skills in research, writing, analysis, and strategic thinking.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in public entity law, land use, or eminent domain.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $190,000 – $275,000
Bonuses: Yearly discretionary and billable hours bonuses
