Estate Planning & Trusts Attorney Position

Candidate Profile:

• JD degree obtained from a distinguished law school with an outstanding academic record.
• Active Florida Bar Membership (in good standing).
• 2-3 years of significant experience in corporate or transactional law, with proficiency in tax and estate planning matters.
• Preference for L.L.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding estate planning and tax strategies, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
• Support in the development and preparation of trusts, wills, and other essential estate planning documents.
• Collaborate with seasoned attorneys in our reputable Boca Raton office to handle complex estate planning and corporate cases.
• Deliver legal counsel to clients owning businesses and investments in Florida and beyond.
