Attorney – Estate Planning & Trusts

Our client, an esteemed law firm, is in search of a highly qualified and driven Associate to join their thriving Estate Planning & Trusts division. This presents an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established team in a dynamic and expanding office, providing exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Holder of a JD from a renowned law school, demonstrating a commendable academic track record.
• Must be a licensed attorney in Florida (with good standing).
• Corporate or transactional experience. The candidate should possess 2-3 years of practical expertise, with a particular emphasis on tax and estate planning.
• An L.L.M. degree in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly advantageous.
• Superior abilities in writing, analysis, and communication.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance to clients on estate planning as well as tax strategies, with a focus on individuals, families, and businesses with substantial wealth.
• Aid in the creation and drafting of trusts, wills, and other relevant estate planning documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys based in the firm’s Boca Raton office on intricate estate planning and corporate matters.
• Furnish legal advice to clients with business interests and investments both in Florida and beyond.
