This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a deep understanding of estate and trust administration processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate filings and court procedures

  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and related documents

  • Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants

  • Handle asset distributions, trust funding, and real estate deed work

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements (NJ, NY, FL probate knowledge is a plus)

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration

  • Strong mathematical and communication skills

  • Proficiency in estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (JD/paralegal candidates will also be considered)

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience

  • Salary range: $76,500 – $162,500

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
