Trust & Estates,& Tax Associate/Attorney

Our Client is an esteemed law firm with a well-established reputation in the legal industry. They are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate/Attorney to join their team at their office in Lodi, New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates law and preferably hold an LL.M degree in Taxation or Estate Planning. It is essential to have an active membership with the New Jersey Bar.
Responsibilities:
− Provide clients with top-notch legal advice and services pertaining to tax planning, trusts, estates, wills, and probate.
− Engage in thorough legal research and analysis of complex issues related to tax and estate planning.
− Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
− Advocate for clients in tax disputes before state and federal courts.
− Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys to develop effective strategies that align with client needs.
Qualifications:
− Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
− Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
− Have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates law.
− Preference for candidates with an LL.M degree in Taxation or Estate Planning.
− Must be admitted to the Bar in at least one state where our firm has an office and the candidate wishes to reside.
− Strong academic background with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
