Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Compensation: $140-170K + Bonus + Paid Relocation + Sign-On Bonus
Work Schedule: Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) to join our dynamic team located in Santa Rosa, CA. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic sonographic procedures as prescribed by a staff physician, with minimal supervision. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in providing exceptional patient care and delivering accurate diagnostic information.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdomen, obstetrics, gynecology, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Maintain and record accurate patient data and reports.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to analyze and assess diagnostic results.
• Maintain and optimize the functionality of ultrasound equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in sonographic techniques and technology.
• Compliance with all regulatory and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA.

Requirements:

• Education: Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound/Medical Sonography program.
• Certification: National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS): National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Sonographer in an acute care setting.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating advanced ultrasound equipment and software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
