Vice President Sales

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team in Belle Vernon, PA. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, maximizing profits, and strengthening customer relationships within the Energy/Fuels industry. Your strategic vision and expertise will play a vital role in achieving our long-term goals. You will collaborate with supply and logistics teams to optimize sales structures, manage contract commitments, and ensure timely delivery to our valued customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, from prospecting to closing deals, to achieve company growth targets.
  • Clearly define customer segments to optimize volume and margin in each segment.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop programs to capture value under varying market conditions in collaboration with the Commercial leadership.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives to support business growth objectives across wholesale, retail, and commercial/industrial segments.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance selling techniques and industry knowledge within the sales team.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all sales processes, contracts, performance management, and customer interactions.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers, trade organizations, decision makers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and price differentials for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead inter-departmental efforts to improve business processes, enhance efficiencies, and drive ongoing management.

Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of high energy and results.

Contribute to the strategic planning process with the executive team.

Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to the executive team.
