Our client is a leading company in the SaaS transportation management industry and is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Enterprise Integration.

The Position: The Senior Director of Enterprise Integration will be responsible for leading a team that focuses on developing, integrating, and overseeing technology solutions for client environments across various travel sectors, such as transportation, rail, airline, and cruise line industries. This role will require close collaboration with the technology, project management, and account management teams to gather client business requirements, design innovative systems, and define interface specifications and software development needs. The Senior Director will be a champion of quality assurance, providing comprehensive evaluation, guidance, and support for new and existing integrations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive Transportation Industry Experience: A minimum of 12 years in systems integration or managing crew and scheduling systems within the transportation, airline, rail, or cruise industries.
• Proven Leadership Experience: This should include at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Change Management: Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives, and the ability to minimize disruption and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Strong Business and Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, processes, and technology solutions, coupled with hands-on experience working with company technologies and various client interface systems.
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven problem-solving capabilities in operations research, with a track record of delivering effective solutions for both clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Project Management: Extensive experience managing complex projects throughout their lifecycle, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management.
• Quality Assurance Expertise: Knowledge and experience in evaluating, analyzing, and supporting integration technologies to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards.
• Preferred Certifications: Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) would be advantageous.
