They are seeking a Welding / Maintenance Technician to join their day shift team and play a critical role in keeping equipment and facilities operating efficiently and safely.

This is an ideal role for a hands-on welder with maintenance experience, especially someone who’s comfortable working in a dynamic industrial environment and takes pride in safe, quality work.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform arc, MIG, and TIG welding in all positions

• Cut and prep materials using oxy-fuel, plasma, and saws

• Conduct repairs to plant equipment and facility structures

• Read prints and complete fabrication tasks based on provided designs

• Use safe work practices around equipment, evaluating risks in real-time

• Provide mechanical support across the site as needed

⚙️ What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

• State welding certification (or ability to provide documentation)

• Strong skills in welding, fabrication, and cutting

• Experience working with maintenance teams in an industrial or plant setting

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Preferred Experience by Level:

• Level I: 1–2 years of welding/maintenance experience

• Level II: 2–4 years experience with ability to work independently

• Level III: 6–8+ years experience with certifications and advanced fabrication skills
