Our esteemed client, an esteemed AmLaw 200 national law firm, is currently seeking a highly qualified and driven Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join their prestigious Corporate and Government Investigations practice group in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing skills and a keen interest in both criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud-related actions.
Candidate Profile:
- Achieved a JD degree from an accredited law school with exceptional academic achievements.
- Maintains an active Florida bar license.
- Accumulated 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, with a specialized focus on white collar crime and government investigations.
- Possesses Law Review experience, which is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Displays a demonstrated interest in and experience with criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud actions.
- Efficiently handle and manage litigation matters relating to white collar crime and government investigations.
- Compose and assess legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and other filings, with precision and clarity.
- Deliver strategic legal advice to clients involved in criminal and civil fraud cases.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies and ensure exceptional representation.
