Our esteemed client, a reputable national law firm ranked in the AmLaw 200, is currently in search of a highly qualified Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join their thriving White Collar and Government Investigations practice group. This exciting opportunity is based in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida and requires the ideal candidate to possess excellent writing skills as well as a keen interest in handling criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud-related cases.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a JD degree from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Be an active member of the Florida bar.
  • Have 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, focusing on white collar crime and government investigations.
  • Previous experience on a Law Review team would be highly advantageous.
  • Possess exceptional skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a preference for both independent and team-oriented work environments.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in and prior experience with criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud actions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of and effectively manage litigations pertaining to white collar crime and government investigations.
  • Create and review various legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other filings, characterized by precision and clarity.
  • Offer strategic legal guidance to clients involved in both criminal and civil fraud cases.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to develop well-rounded case strategies and ensure successful representation.
