WHITE COLLAR AND GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATIONS ASSOCIATE (ATTORNEY)
Location: Tampa, FL
We are currently representing a highly respected national law firm and they are in need of a talented Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join their prestigious Tampa office. The successful candidate will be joining the White Collar and Government Investigations practice group, where they will handle a range of criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud-related actions. Excellent writing skills are a must.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have a JD from a top accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Must possess an active Florida bar license.
- 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on white collar crime and government investigations.
- Experience with Law Review is considered a plus.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a demonstrated interest in and experience with criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud actions.
- Handle and manage litigation matters related to white collar crime and government investigations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other filings with precision and clarity.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients involved in criminal and civil fraud cases.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
