Our client, a Law firm specializing in Occupational Injury cases, is currently seeking experienced Senior and Associate Attorneys to join their team in El Segundo, CA. This is a remote position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Residency in California and possession of a CA Bar license are necessary.

Attorneys will be responsible for managing Occupational Injury cases from start to finish, including all aspects of legal proceedings and negotiations. They will closely collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and other parties involved.

Main Responsibilities:

• Represent insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators
• Handle client correspondence and communication
• Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements in Occupational Injury cases
• Attend court hearings, manage schedules, and conduct depositions and cross-examinations
• Negotiate lien claims and proactively manage cases
• Supervise and mentor legal assistants, ensuring efficient case support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Participate in marketing events to attract and retain clients
• Review case files, enter information into relevant software, and manage billing
• Meet deadlines for client correspondence and attend file reviews
• Deliver training seminars on updated Occupational Injury laws to clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Occupational Injury law
