Role Overview
We are recruiting on purpose for a high-impact Sales Director to drive new enterprise revenue within the corporate travel and technology solutions space.
This is a pure hunter role focused on opening net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts through disciplined outbound activity and consultative selling. Success in this position is measured by pipeline creation and closed revenue.
What You’ll Do
New Business Development

Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate travel accounts

Build and execute high-volume outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social channels

Develop strategic target account plans to penetrate mid-market and enterprise organizations
Consultative Selling

Deliver compelling, tailored presentations aligned to client travel and expense needs

Diagnose client challenges and position customized technology solutions

Navigate complex buying groups and long enterprise sales cycles
Deal Execution

Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close large, complex contracts

Maintain pricing discipline while maximizing deal value

Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding
Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene

Build sufficient pipeline coverage to consistently exceed quota

Track activity metrics and conversion performance
