Highly Preferred: Corporate travel industry experience and familiarity with travel booking or expense management platforms


Role Overview

We are recruiting on purpose for a high-impact Sales Director to drive new enterprise revenue within the corporate travel and technology solutions space.

This is a pure hunter role focused on opening net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts through disciplined outbound activity and consultative selling. Success in this position is measured by pipeline creation and closed revenue.


What You’ll Do

New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate travel accounts

  • Build and execute high-volume outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social channels

  • Develop strategic target account plans to penetrate mid-market and enterprise organizations

Consultative Selling

  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations aligned to client travel and expense needs

  • Diagnose client challenges and position customized technology solutions

  • Navigate complex buying groups and long enterprise sales cycles

Deal Execution

  • Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close large, complex contracts

  • Maintain pricing discipline while maximizing deal value

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene

  • Build sufficient pipeline coverage to consistently exceed quota

  • Track activity metrics and conversion performance

  • Consistent new-logo acquisition in mid-market and enterprise segments

  • Strong outbound activity levels and pipeline growth

  • Effective management of long, complex sales cycles

  • High close rates and predictable revenue performance
