• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and other healthcare providers

• Promote skilled home health services through in-person sales calls, presentations, and community outreach

• Execute a strategic sales plan to consistently meet and exceed monthly admissions targets

• Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and the clinical care team to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Represent the organization professionally at networking events and industry functions
