Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a legacy dating back to the 1950s. They specialize in designing and producing outdoor drainage and stormwater management products. With a strong foundation in place, they are focused on expanding their national footprint across trade and distribution channels beyond big box retail.


Position Overview

The Director of Sales will play a critical leadership role in driving national sales growth by developing and scaling distributor and trade networks. This individual will focus on expanding market reach, strengthening contractor adoption, and building a diversified customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and lead a national distributor and trade partner network
  • Drive product adoption with contractors, installers, and field-level users
  • Lead and develop internal sales teams and external manufacturer rep organizations
  • Establish and standardize pricing strategies, sales programs, and reporting structures
  • Diversify revenue streams and reduce dependency on any single customer or channel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership in a manufacturing-focused environment

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000
  • Performance Bonus + Commission Opportunities
