We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full lifecycle hiring for salaried roles across a manufacturing organization, including engineering, operations, management, and corporate functions. This role partners directly with hiring managers to fill technical and professional positions and plays a key part in building talent pipelines for a growing industrial business.

Schedule
Full time, onsite in Naperville, IL.

Compensation
$95,000 to $120,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for the company's Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.

What You'll Do
This role manages full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long term talent goals. The recruiter sources, screens, and interviews candidates to keep the hiring process efficient and high quality, and builds pipelines of talent for key roles using internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks. The role also involves developing relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners, staying current on labor market trends and compensation benchmarks, tracking recruiting metrics to guide process improvements, and representing the company at campus recruiting events and industry associations. All recruitment activity is expected to comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 to 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities at once
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for engineering, operations, and technical roles across global locations, including Canada and/or Mexico
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
