Senior Counsel - Labor & Employment (Class Action)

Locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas (Austin, Dallas, Houston), or California (Los Angeles, San Francisco)

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join the expanding Class Action Practice Group at our client's prestigious AmLaw 100 firm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals and work on groundbreaking litigation within a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Successful completion of JD from a renowned top-tier law school with an exceptional academic record.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in complex litigation with a particular focus on class actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in defending class action lawsuits, specifically addressing:
  • Workplace privacy, employment discrimination, and EEOC/DOL matters.
  • Privacy issues based on statutory or common law, as well as wage and hour claims.
  • Disputes involving products liability and consumer fraud.
• Outstanding capabilities in legal research and writing.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a passion for tackling cutting-edge legal challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in the management of high-profile class action cases across various practice areas.
• Formulate effective case strategies and handle all facets of litigation, spanning from discovery to trial.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on intricate legal matters.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver top-notch legal solutions.
• Cultivate direct client relationships and efficiently oversee case teams.
