Project Engineer
– Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
– Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
Description
We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team
in Greensboro, North Carolina. Applicants should have experience with
site civil design and expertise in storm-water analysis and design, as
well as proficiency with civil engineering software applications.
Projects are primarily privately funded and focused on residential,
commercial, and industrial site design.

Experience Preferences
– Local, State and Federal Permitting
– Site construction supervision and management
– Feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting
– Land surveying knowledge and understanding
– Grading and Erosion Control Plans
– Stormwater management and design
– Effective time management and assignment of duties

Qualifications:

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
– PE License or ability to obtain PE within 12 months
– A minimum of 5 years experience in Land Development
– Ability to manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently
– Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
– Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design
– Microsoft Office software proficiency
– Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills,
team player
– Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently but also
within a team environment
– Goal-oriented within a team environment with attention to detail
