Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–15 years of account management experience within the footwear or apparel industry
- Proven success selling into mid-tier, sporting goods, and off-price retail channels (e.g., Kohl’s, Shoe Carnival, Academy Sports, DICK’S Sporting Goods, etc.)
- Experience with outdoor and/or performance footwear brands
- Strong ability to manage key retail accounts and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in New York City

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail accounts across mid-tier, sporting goods, and off-price channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Serve as the primary liaison between retailers, brands, and internal teams
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure alignment on product and delivery
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution
