  • Highly self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of hitting targets
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple buyers, leads, and timelines
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track leads and customer interactions

As a New Home Development Sales Consultant, you will be the on-site face of a new community in Tullahoma, guiding buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact sales role with strong earning potential, where your ability to build trust and deliver a great experience directly drives your success.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome prospective buyers and lead model home tours focused on lifestyle and value
  • Help customers select the right floor plan, homesite, and design options
  • Guide buyers through the entire purchase process, including financing, contracts, and closing
  • Use design tools to help buyers visualize and personalize their home
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout construction with updates and check-ins
  • Build strong relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Deliver a smooth, positive experience from first visit to move-in day
