Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting.
  • Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Oregon, adhering to all professional standards.
  • Valid CPR certification is required throughout employment in a clinical role.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to different business locations as needed.
