Principal Supply Chain Planner

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience working for a global organization
• Strong expertise in MRP and supply chain planning concepts
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle EBS/ASCP strongly preferred)
• Ability to operate independently, influence decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience analyzing data and delivering actionable insights to leadership
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must be able to commute to Rochester, NH (onsite role)

Preferred:

• APICS certification
• Experience in machining, defense, aerospace, retail, or bioscience environments
• Prior exposure to Agile environments

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage critical supply chain timelines, ensuring alignment with customer and contractual requirements
• Drive MRP accuracy and effectiveness to support production and inventory flow
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve constraints and maintain schedule integrity
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and proactively mitigate risks to delivery
• Manage end-of-life inventory, purchase orders, and new product introductions
• Deliver data-driven insights and analytics to leadership using multiple systems
• Act as a key escalation point, influencing cross-functional decisions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Train and support team members on Oracle ASCP and planning best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and internal policies
