Senior Auditor -Public Accounting

A well-established CPA firm, with office locations in Chandler and Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking to hire a Principal Auditor to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by gathering relevant information, resolving issues, and offering suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Take charge of client audit, review, and compilation assignments, including planning, execution, management, and completion of financial audits.
  • Display comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and the presentation of financial statements.
  • Supervise, train, and guide junior associates through the audit process.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial statements and audit-related issues.
  • Develop a solid understanding of clients' businesses.
  • Complete any other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Master's degree in Accounting would be an advantage!
  • Possess 3-6 years of audit experience in public accounting.
  • Be a certified CPA or a candidate actively pursuing the CPA designation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Exhibit strong self-motivation, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Show professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness, with a cooperative mindset.
  • Possess excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team-oriented environment.
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
