Growing CPA firm seeking a Senior Auditor in Scottsdale, AZ

Duties:

• Establish strong client relationships by gathering information, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for process enhancement.
• Take charge of client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits.
• Show expertise in generally accepted accounting principles and the presentation of financial statements.
• Supervise, train, and mentor colleagues on the audit process.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial statements and audit-related matters.
• Develop a solid understanding of clients' businesses.
• Perform additional accounting services as assigned.

Requirements:

• Hold a BS degree in Accounting (Master's degree preferred).
• Possess 3-6 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Be a CPA or a candidate for the CPA exam.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit professionalism, dependability, integrity, trustworthiness, and a cooperative attitude.
• Have excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Possess strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
