A corrugated paper manufacturing operation in Ripon, Wisconsin is seeking a Site Manager to oversee overall plant performance, including safety, cost, machine uptime, quality, waste, and process reliability. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead direct reports across customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling, and maintenance, and build effective teams to drive customer and employee satisfaction. This role manages plant assets in alignment with strategic plans.

Schedule Full time, onsite.

Compensation $125,000 -$180,000 per year

What You'll Do You will be accountable for overseeing plant performance as it relates to safety, cost, machine uptime, quality, waste, and overall process reliability, while leading employees and fostering effective teams. You will maintain a safe work environment, ensuring that safety and health methods and federal and state OSHA requirements are in place and followed.

You will coordinate site efforts through the General Manager and other facilities to achieve quality targets, volume expectations, and delivery requirements, and work with the General Manager to develop and implement short and long term plans to become a low-cost producer and preferred supplier for customers. You will manage direct reports across customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling, and maintenance.

You will develop and maintain an effective team and organizational structure through personal involvement to maximize performance, and manage plant assets in alignment with strategic plans.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in production management
  • Corrugated paper industry experience
  • In-depth manufacturing knowledge, including corrugating and converting equipment and processes
  • Experience managing multiple departments and direct reports
  • Working knowledge of federal and state OSHA requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • High-speed manufacturing experience
  • Experience leading continuous improvement or low-cost producer initiatives
  • Multi-department or multi-facility coordination experience
