Urgent Care MD
Location: La Grande, OR
Schedule: Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Day Shifts
Compensation: $280,000 – $300,000+

MUST-HAVES

• MD from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License
• Experience or comfort treating patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Ability to perform common urgent care procedures (suturing, splinting, I&Ds, foreign body removal)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for non-emergent illnesses and injuries across all age groups
• Perform common urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and foreign body removal
• Interpret X-rays and EKGs using on-site diagnostic equipment
• Collaborate with nurses, techs, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Serve as a key healthcare access point for the local community

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $280,000 – $300,000+
• Quality Incentives: Up to $45,000 annually
• RVU Bonus: Based on productivity thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• CME Package: $8,000 annually + paid CME time
