We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Audit Manager to join a growing public accounting firm in Manhattan, Kansas. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial statement audits and attest engagements from planning through completion
• Oversee engagement timelines, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
• Supervise and review audit planning, fieldwork, and final reporting
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and engagement documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Train, mentor, and evaluate audit staff while fostering professional development
• Analyze financial data, records, reports, and internal controls
• Identify areas of business risk and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and high-quality service
• Collaborate with firm leadership and operational teams to ensure successful engagement execution
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
