Must-Haves
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Basic or Advanced Life Support certification
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)
- Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT-R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute care hospital or ambulatory setting
About the Role
This full-time Lead Mammography Tech position is a career-defining opportunity to guide comprehensive patient care within a dynamic Imaging Services department. You will combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership, leveraging evidence-based practices to align patient needs with departmental resources and drive measurable improvements in quality of care.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Every fourth Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What You Will Do
- Deliver expert clinical care to patients across multiple specialties, including those with complex diagnoses
- Champion quality and safety by ensuring strict adherence to interdepartmental and hospital policies
- Coordinate daily operations while providing professional leadership and maintaining the highest clinical standards
- Lead and develop your team, holding staff accountable for exceptional customer service, risk reduction, and continuous process improvement
- Drive evidence-based decision-making to enhance imaging outcomes and elevate the overall patient experience
