Must-Haves

What You'll Do

Technical Solution Design

You'll analyze customer requirements and configure the right product or system to meet their specific needs. Your technical expertise will ensure customers receive solutions that perform optimally, fit their applications, and deliver measurable value.

Pre-Sales Support

You'll assist the sales team with critical technical input, helping them understand complex customer needs and propose the right solutions. Your role includes building proposals and making product recommendations that win business while ensuring technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.

Product & Application Expertise

You'll serve as the technical authority on product performance, sizing, and best use cases, providing deep knowledge that guides both internal teams and customers. Your expertise will help customers maximize product value and avoid costly misapplications.

Project Coordination & Project Management

You'll ensure alignment between quoted solutions, orders, and execution across teams, coordinating resources and timelines to deliver on customer commitments. Your project management skills will keep complex implementations on track from sale through delivery.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

You'll resolve technical issues and support customers through implementation and beyond, building lasting relationships through responsive problem-solving and technical guidance. Your ability to troubleshoot effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.
