Lead the strategic expansion of a growing construction firm into the Denver market, building a high-performing division from the ground up with full P&L ownership and direct access to executive leadership.


Must-Haves

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressively responsible construction experience, including expertise in estimating, project management, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proven track record in P&L management and divisional leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex architectural plans, specifications, and legal documents

Leadership & Strategic Skills:

  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in competitive markets
  • Strong business development capabilities and established industry relationships
  • Ability to develop and execute 3-5 year strategic growth plans

Professional Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High energy and ability to perform under pressure in time-sensitive scenarios
  • Strong network within the Denver construction landscape preferred
