Must-Haves
- Current NP or PA licensure
- Board certification or board eligibility
- 1-2 years of experience as an NP or PA
- Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting
- Willingness to perform office-based urological procedures

- Prior experience in Urology
- Experience managing pre-operative and post-operative urological patients

- Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Day Shift
- Call: No after-hours call requirements
- Compensation: $140K to $145K+ per year

What You'll Do
Join a growing Critical Access Hospital where your expertise directly shapes patient outcomes in a community that values its providers. In this role, you will:
- Conduct targeted urological physical exams and comprehensive patient history reviews
- Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, incontinence, and BPH
- Perform office-based procedures such as catheterizations, bladder scans, and cystoscopies
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing urological surgery
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, including urinalysis, PSA levels, and renal function panels
- Develop long-term treatment plans for chronic conditions like kidney stones and prostate health

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $145K+
- Quality incentives up to $15K
