A well-established commercial HVAC and building services company operating in the Atlanta, GA market is seeking an experienced Branch Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations at the local branch level. This role sits at the center of a large service organization, working alongside Service Managers, dispatch teams, and customer service staff to keep operations running efficiently and profitably. The right candidate brings a strong background in commercial HVAC or mechanical services, a track record of managing branch-level service operations, and the operational discipline to drive performance across scheduling, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday. Specific schedule details to be confirmed during the interview process.

Compensation $100,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus tied to individual, branch, and company results.

What You'll Do

As Branch Service Manager, you will oversee the full scope of daily service operations for the Atlanta branch, with direct responsibility for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and branch financial performance. You will work closely with Service Managers and dispatch teams to ensure service workflows run smoothly across all lines of business, supporting forecasting, scheduling, and operational analysis to keep the branch on track against its financial objectives.

You will directly supervise branch service support personnel covering account management support, asset management, invoicing, service order processing, document management, and administrative service functions. A significant part of this role involves coaching support staff through best practices and ensuring consistent use of service management systems and operational workflows.

You will serve as the operational subject matter expert for branch service processes, providing guidance on systems, procedures, and service standards. You will support training, accountability, and reinforcement of service procedures across the support team, and contribute to branch business planning, customer satisfaction initiatives, and service account management activities. The position also involves supporting implementation of broader operational strategies across the service organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience managing service operations, service dispatching, scheduling, or branch service support functions
  • Background in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, building services, or a closely related service industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, operational issues, and projects in a service branch environment
  • Experience supporting financial forecasting, operational analysis, project costing, or service accounting functions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage competing demands
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across internal teams and directly with external customers
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive operational process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience managing or supervising a commercial HVAC or mechanical services branch
  • Familiarity with service management software platforms used in HVAC or building services operations
  • Experience with service workflow optimization or process improvement initiatives in a branch setting
  • Background in customer account management within a commercial service environment
  • Exposure to operational reporting and service performance metrics at the branch level
