What You'll Do

You will provide clinical leadership to an interdisciplinary hospice team delivering patient-centered end-of-life care across Marin and Sonoma Counties. You will conduct chart audits and maintain oversight of medical record quality, documentation timeliness, and compliance standards. You will lead survey readiness efforts and support the organization through regulatory review processes. You will participate in clinical staff orientation, in-service education, and ongoing training, and will evaluate, coach, counsel, and develop clinical team members to improve individual performance and overall service delivery.

You will collaborate with operational, physician, and community liaison partners to support quality care, census management, and referral responsiveness. You will manage terminal care situations, crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, and family support at the clinical leadership level, providing field support to nursing staff as needed. You will also participate in the after-hours on-call leadership rotation.
