Senior Superintendent – Mission Critical Construction (Travel Nationwide)
Location: United States (Remote / Travel Nationwide)

About the Role

This is a field leadership role built around one of construction’s most technical envelope systems. You’ll run ground-up, large-scale projects across data centers, manufacturing, and industrial developments nationwide, with travel required across all 48 states. If you’ve led high-stakes jobsites and want to specialize in mission critical and cold storage construction, this is that opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Direct all field operations, including subcontractors, vendors, site logistics, and sequencing

• Oversee Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) installation and envelope system coordination on large-scale sites

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules

• Own site safety culture and enforce OSHA standards

• Manage quality control, change orders, and budget support

• Lead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication with ownership

• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

• Drive inspections, punch lists, and turnover

What You Bring

• 10+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial, mission critical, or cold storage projects

• Experience with IMP systems or building envelope construction strongly preferred

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools

• Strong command of construction documents, scheduling, and field operations

• A leadership style that earns respect and drives accountability on the jobsite

• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide to jobsites
