Job description:

• To secure order.
• To provide sales services.
• To monitor marketing situation.
• To ensure quality records are maintained and accurate.
• Providing information of customer order for mass production.
• To ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly material.
• To handle customer enquiry and co-ordinate with factory personnel
• Perform any other related tasks / functions as and when required by the Company.
• To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
• To introduce only environmentally friendly material to manager level or other requirements.
• To use only authorized direct / indirect material for environmental conformance material label.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• Require good negotiation skills
• Must be able to handle customers from A to Z, including price negotiation
