Stamford, CT | $110,000 to $120,000 per year (base plus commission)

This home care agency serving the Stamford, Connecticut area is looking for a Private Pay Home Care Sales Representative to drive referral growth. This person will build relationships with hospital discharge staff, rehabilitation facilities, and physicians, and will work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to support patient and client satisfaction.

Compensation
$110,000 to $120,000 per year, consisting of a base salary plus significant commission based on referral and sales performance.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will drive referral growth for private pay home care services by developing and maintaining relationships with hospital discharge staff, including social workers and RN case managers, as well as area rehabilitation facilities and physicians. You will represent the agency at community and healthcare events to build visibility and generate new referral sources, and you will work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure a smooth experience for patients and their families.

Required Qualifications

• Established referral relationships within home care, hospital discharge planning, or post-acute care networks
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home care sales or a related healthcare sales role
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM software to manage a sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in private pay home care sales
• Existing referral relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, rehabilitation facilities, or physicians in the Stamford, CT area
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
