Vice President Clinical Operations, RN Home Care
Brookfield, WI (On-site, Greater Milwaukee)

Lead nursing operations for a privately operated home care organization. You'll build clinical systems, develop nurse leaders, and own Joint Commission readiness, with a possible path to President.

Must-Haves

• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license to practice in Wisconsin by start date
• Clinical leadership in home care, private-duty nursing, home health, hospice, or similar community-based care
• Oversight of RN and LPN teams, assessments, care plans, quality, and compliance
• Strong clinical judgment and change-management skills
• Able to work on-site (about 80 to 90% in the office)

What You'll Do

• Coach and hold RN/LPN teams and nursing supervisors accountable for quality care
• Fix clinical scheduling, assignments, and reassessment workflows, and set clear RN case ownership
• Lead QAPI, documentation quality, incident response, infection prevention, and competencies
• Keep the agency ready for unannounced Joint Commission surveys
• Oversee personal care and higher-acuity in-home nursing, including family consults and escalations
• Partner with ownership to build sustainable clinical operations

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct role in an unannounced Joint Commission survey
• Wisconsin-based (out-of-state candidates willing to relocate will be considered)
