HR Supervisor, Bilingual Warehouse Logistics
Macon, GA (On-site)

Be the hands-on HR lead for a growing, multi-shift cold storage warehouse of about 130 employees. You'll partner with the General Manager on recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and retention.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years as an HR Generalist or HR Supervisor
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Supported a multi-shift, high-volume hourly workforce
• Employee relations, investigations, and corrective action
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA
• HRIS, ATS, and payroll or timekeeping systems
• Sound judgment and confidentiality

What You'll Do

• Recruit hourly warehouse, forklift, sanitation, and clerical staff
• Run orientation, safety briefings, and onboarding
• Handle employee relations and investigations, and coach supervisors
• Oversee timekeeping, shift differentials, weekly payroll prep, and contingent labor hours
• Track injuries and workers' comp, and support safety and food-safety compliance
• Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and time-to-fill, and drive retention
• Build community and workforce-development recruiting partnerships

Nice-to-Haves

• Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing HR experience
• Kronos or ADP
• Bachelor's in HR or Business
