Brand Marketing Director, Beauty and Personal Care

Coppell, TX (Onsite, Dallas area) | $100,000 - $160,000 Per Year + Bonus

Be the brand leader for a high-growth CPG company behind well-known beauty, baby care, and personal care brands. You will own brand strategy, positioning, campaigns, and brand P&L, lead a team of brand marketers, and partner with Sales to win at the shelf.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of brand management in fast-moving CPG with a track record of successful brand strategies and campaigns
• 3+ years of direct people management at the director level
• Cross-functional CPG experience
• Strong P&L, KPI, and budget management
• Digital and social media savvy with a strong read on today's consumer

What You'll Do

• Own brand strategic planning, positioning, and alignment with financial goals
• Find white space and trends to fuel the innovation pipeline
• Lead integrated campaigns end to end with Creative, Media, Social, Sales, and Product Development
• Champion brand storytelling and uphold standards across packaging, content, and merchandising
• Partner with Sales on retailer relationships, line reviews, and sell-in stories
• Own brand P&L and the brand marketing budget
• Lead, coach, and structure a team of brand professionals
• Track campaign performance and use data to sharpen strategy
