Lead HR across multiple distribution, logistics, and supply chain sites, and serve as a key advisor to regional presidents. You will own employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and compensation for a multi-site food distribution operation. Pay is $110K to $115K, and relocation is available.
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Deep employment law knowledge, including EEO and ADA
- Experience leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams
- Strength in change management and culture building
What You'll Do
- Partner with regional presidents and operations leaders on workforce strategy
- Guide complex employee relations, EEO matters, ADA accommodations, and performance issues
- Keep multiple facilities compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Champion safety and HR compliance across sites
- Oversee talent acquisition, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration
