Step away from high-volume chain dispensing and practice personalized pharmacy at a growing independent compounding pharmacy. You will work across 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding, BHRT, weight management, and veterinary compounding, on a mostly weekday schedule. Pay is $68 to $73 per hour.
Must-Haves
- PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college
- Active Virginia pharmacist license, or able to obtain
- Sterile compounding experience
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making
What You'll Do
- Prepare 503A sterile and non-sterile compounds
- Support weight management and bioidentical hormone therapies
- Compound veterinary and wellness medications
- Build relationships with patients and prescribers
- Help a growing pharmacy expand its services
Nice-to-Haves
- BHRT or weight management compounding experience
- Independent pharmacy experience
