Join an established, all-women, physician-led OB-GYN practice about 35 miles from Nashville with strong patient demand, 1:6 call, and a path to partnership. Pay starts at $300K+ plus productivity incentives, Tennessee has no state income tax on wages, and residents finishing in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.
Must-Haves
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in OB-GYN (2027 and 2028 graduates welcome)
- Eligible for a Tennessee medical license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
What You'll Do
- Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care
- Manage routine and complex women's health conditions
- Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventive gynecologic care
- Perform OB and GYN procedures within your scope
- Share an approximately 1:6 call rotation
- Build lasting patient relationships
