Faculty Development Fellow, Family Medicine Residency

Launch an academic career in family medicine through a faculty development fellowship. You will teach residents, run an outpatient clinic, and complete a structured faculty development curriculum. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with no overnight call, and new residency graduates are welcome. Pay is $220K to $250K plus generous loan repayment.
Must-Haves
- MD or DO
- Completed accredited Family Medicine residency by the start date
- Board certified or board eligible (ABFM or AOBFM)
- Georgia medical license or IMLC participation
- Good standing with current employer or program
- No visa sponsorship available
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care
- Precept residents, give lectures, and collaborate on program initiatives
- Help develop GME curricula
- Supervise residents in prenatal, postpartum, inpatient, and low-risk OB care
- Complete a structured faculty development curriculum with ongoing feedback

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
