The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persistent, and professional, with the ability to communicate value clearly, follow a structured sales process, and build long-term internal and external relationships. This role blends outreach, research, presentation support, and hands-on learning through shadowing experienced sales professionals and participating in sales administration activities.
Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Eagerness to build a long-term career in sales and business development
- Strong communication and listening skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Professional demeanor with strong follow-through; able to represent a high-end professional services brand
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and learning CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Skilled at influencing and persuading, with the resilience to handle rejection.
- Adaptable and open to coaching, able to accept feedback and continually grow.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, persistent, and self-motivated personality
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong work ethic; high energy and initiative
- Ability to manage conflict and negotiate professionally
- Valid driver’s license required for local territory travel
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, banking, or other relationship-focused roles
- Exposure to real estate, title, mortgage, or professional services industries
- Experience using CRM platforms or sales prospecting tools
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the company’s sales process, products, and services within the title insurance and real estate ecosystem
- Support sales administration by assisting with scheduling, tracking outreach activity, and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends within the assigned territory
- Observe and participate in the sales process by accompanying senior sales representatives on client calls and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
- Prepare, customize, and help deliver product and service presentations
- Participate in professional networking, real estate industry events, and community activities to increase market visibility
- Continuously develop sales knowledge by participating in training opportunities and reviewing sales and marketing resources
- Perform additional related duties as assigned

- Hourly base pay range of $25.49 – $33.98+ per hour, as determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and market factors
