Senior Auditor

About the Position:
Join our team as a Senior Auditor where you will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements and employee benefit plans. This role offers ample opportunities for growth, a supportive work environment, and the chance to deliver exceptional client service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements across diverse industries.
• Thoroughly review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Execute audit procedures to validate financial data.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain well-organized audit documentation.
• Effectively communicate findings and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Stay abreast of accounting standards and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Be a CPA or eligible for CPA certification (completed or in progress of completing 150 credit hours).
• Possess 2-3 years of accounting experience, including audits of employee benefit plans.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software such as CCH.
• Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in healthcare-related accounting or audit.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience, beginning at $75,000.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required.
