BCBA, In-Home Applied Behavior Analysis

Location: Baltimore, MD (Travel to client homes and community settings)
Pay: $75 to $110 per hour

Must-Haves

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client locations
• Strong communication skills with families and staff

What You’ll Do

• Conduct ABA assessments and functional analyses
• Design and oversee Behavior Support Plans for skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and adaptive living skills
• Supervise and support RBTs and Direct Support Professionals
• Oversee programming for associate behavior analysts
• Deliver parent training and ongoing family support
• Communicate regularly with parents, RBTs, and the corporate office
• Ensure accurate implementation and documentation of behavior plans

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior BCBA experience
• Experience supervising RBTs in home or community settings
• Experience with adaptive life skills programming

Compensation and Benefits

• $75 to $110 per hour, based on experience
