Must-Haves
- 5+ years of professional data analysis
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel
- Dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar
- Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, or related field
- Translates complex data into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
What You'll Do
- Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to find trends and inefficiencies
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for pharmacy leadership
- Automate reporting with SQL and Excel
- Ensure data accuracy and healthcare reporting compliance
- Support continuous improvement, regulatory reporting, and audits
Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical experience
- HIPAA familiarity
- Python, R, or reporting automation
- Master's in an analytical or healthcare field
