Compensation: $500,000–$700,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible Hours | No Call

Must-Haves (Required Qualifications)

• MD or DO degree

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiology

• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in New York State

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based cardiovascular care

• Perform detailed patient assessments including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term heart health

• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and thorough EMR documentation

• Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff

• Mentor students, physician extenders, and trainees

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer regulations

• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

• Support practice growth and development of a sustainable patient panel
