We're hiring a PE-licensed Civil Group Manager to lead the civil engineering department of an established Tri-Cities engineering firm.
Must-Haves
- PE license and Civil Engineering degree
- 10+ years of civil engineering
- 8+ years as a Project Manager or leader
- Team leadership and mentoring
- QA and code compliance expertise
What You'll Do
- Manage the civil engineering group
- Oversee civil design quality and code compliance
- Schedule staff and plan resources
- Conduct performance reviews and coach staff
- Support business development
