Must-Haves

Experience & Credentials:

• 0–2 years of relevant civil engineering experience
• PA E.I.T. preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
• Knowledge of land development and site work
• Stormwater management design and analysis
• Grading and earthwork calculations
• Erosion & sediment control planning
• Utility design (water, sewer, drainage)

You'll work on diverse civil engineering projects spanning residential communities, commercial developments, educational campuses, and multi-use sites. What You'll Do

As a Civil Site Design Engineer, you will contribute to engineering projects from concept through design, supporting senior engineers and project managers while bringing development visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design civil/site projects including grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility layouts
• Research state and local design standards to ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and supporting technical documents
• Develop technical studies and conduct site evaluations
• Coordinate with contractors, municipal staff, and client engineering teams
• Support zoning, permitting, and approval processes
• Provide project support to Project Managers and Project Engineers across multiple development initiatives
