Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

This role provides the opportunity to handle a wide range of complex commercial litigation cases and establish a successful practice within a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school with a notable academic track record.
• Must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.
• Have 3-4 years of hands-on experience handling challenging commercial litigation matters.
• Experience in crafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts will be advantageous.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in legal research and writing.
• Capable of working autonomously while also being a valuable team contributor.
• Exhibit a strong presence and persuasive advocacy skills.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach will be highly regarded.

Main Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a diverse array of complex commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct meticulous legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Participate in commercial contract negotiations and assist in drafting contracts as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and effectively advocate in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from different practice areas to deliver exceptional client service.
