Converting Supervisor

Must-Have Qualifications (Required)

• 3+ years of experience as a Converting Supervisor in a corrugate box manufacturing facility (REQUIRED)
• Hands-on experience in corrugated converting operations
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (2D/2N/2O/4N/5O)
• Must be located within 45 miles of the plant or open to relocation (relocation assistance provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Converting Supervisor to lead operations within a high-volume corrugated manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production within the converting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the Converting department to meet production targets
• Partner with the Production Manager to coordinate shift activities and workflow
• Monitor and manage KPIs, production output, and efficiency metrics
• Supervise and lead production personnel, ensuring strong performance and accountability
• Drive a safety-first culture and implement continuous safety improvements
• Utilize internal systems (DMS) to track performance and manage team productivity

Work Schedule

• Rotating shift: 2 Days / 2 Nights / 2 Off / 4 Nights / 5 Off
